Add Yahoo Smileys emoticons in Blogger Comment Page

Adding yahoo emoticons on blogger was not as easy as I had expected .. although just need patience to see the HTML code in your template.

the steps are as follows:
1. go into your blogger account
2. layout -> EDIT HTML tab
check the Expand Widget Templates
3. Find the following code:

4. Next copy the code below, and paste the HTML code between two Above
